“I believe good stories and films bring us into a more intimate understanding/exploration of ourselves. If we can show films that achieve this, and then create a situation where people can interact, it will lead to more authentic interactions than those we often experience. The films don’t have to be always deep or heavy – the only requirement is that they are of high quality.”

The movies we show at Cinema Meet, can be funny, profound, exciting, moving…the aim is that the movie stays with you afterwards. You’ll find yourself wanting to talk or laugh about it with someone on the way home, or the next day… Our audiences range from small, intimate numbers up to about 30 people.
