Sunday Worship

9.30am

Worship at Neutral Bay combines the ancient and the contemporary, reflecting our journey towards Jesus and our passion for justice. We sing everything from your favourite Weslyian hymns, contemplative chants to the latest contemporary worship music.

Creativity

Whether we are worshipping for online only services or in person, Neutral Bay values creativity. Our sermons, Bible readings and service themes strive to keep you engaged and interactive. We hope no matter what worship style your used to, you’ll find something to nourish your soul.

Inclusion

At Neutral Bay Uniting, all are welcome and we mean ALL. Whether you’ve been going to church for years and are looking for a new accepting community or you are completely new to faith or your faith is hanging by a thread, you are welcome to worship with us.

Our worship reflects the inclusiveness of our community and you are warmly and enthusiastically welcomed to a seat at the table of Christ.

Inquiry

We’re not scared of asking questions at Neutral Bay. Your questions are a sign of a faith that is not blind but a faith that is growing and yearning for more wisdom and knowledge. In our worship we strive for a spirit of curiosity.

Justice

Justice is a core part of who we are at Neutral Bay Uniting and in worship we strive to give a voice to those crying out for justice. We pray prayers of lament and action for our Indigenous siblings in Christ. We preach sermons that call for a Christ like response to the climate crisis. We strive to centre the voice of refugees in our liturgy.

We come together in worship to be the hands and feet of Christ in our journey towards social justice. We pray that you would join on the journey.

Multi - Cultural Worship

Our Indonesian community is a vital part of Neutral Bay Uniting and in our worship we strive for parts of our service to be in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Our yearly Christmas Carols service in Indonesian with a sumptuous Indonesian BBQ is a highlight of our church year.
